Return Policy
If an item you receive is defective, we will replace the item with the same item with free shipping. If the original item is out of stock, we will substitute an item of "equal value" for a selection of your choice . If an incorrect item is shipped, the correct item will be shipped free of charge.
ABSOLUTELY NO refunds or exchanges on “cut items” like chain/thread/leather or beading books, magazines, bead patterns, kits and seed beads.
Shipping
All shipping charges are weight-based and we do our best to have “actual” shipping costs. Any and all shipping charges are non-refundable. All packages ship via USPS with delivery confirmation. All orders usually ship the same day or within 24 hours of receipt of order. Tracking information will be emailed to you with shipping notification. We only ship within the USA and do not ship internationally. We do not ship on Monday’s or on US holidays.

Sizing
All items are hand measured and we do our best to be as accurate as possible. Most items are in millimeter increments and are rounded up to the nearest whole number.
